Step 1: Navigate to Policies
First, log into your Pabau account. Once you are logged in, navigate to the left sidebar menu and click on Setup. In the Setup menu, locate and select Policies under the Financials section.
Step 2: Configure Tipping Options
On the Policies page, find and click on the Tips section. This action will open the Tips modal. Within this modal, uncheck the box for the first option, "Enable tipping on pay by text or card terminals."
After ensuring the tipping feature is disabled, click on "Save" located in the top right corner of the page. To finalize your changes, confirm by clicking on "Update" in the pop-up that appears.
By following these steps, you can easily disable tipping on your Pabau Pay card terminals.
