Create forms that are both functional and visually stunning. With full customization options, branding tools, and grid layouts, Form Themes help ensure your forms match the professionalism of your practice.
Step 1: Navigate to Setup
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to Forms under the Clinical section.
Step 2: Create/ Edit Existing Form
Create a form by navigating to the Create button in the top right corner, or edit existing forms by clicking on the form you want to edit.
Step 3: Switch to the Theme Tab
On the Create/Edit Form stage, you'll find several actions you can take. The 'Theme' tab is located at the top of the page for easy access.
Step 4: Edit Form Theme
On the right-hand side, you can customize the form's font, layout, and style to suit your preferences:
- Font: Choose from over 50 font options to match your branding.
- Layout: Adjust the position of labels to be either vertical or horizontal.
- Style: Customize button shapes (round, square, etc.), choose the field border style in the form (Default, round, sharp, linear), and select your desired button colors.
As you select different options, the preview of the form theme will update dynamically, allowing you to see how your form will look.
Step 5: Save changes
After completing and customizing your form, make sure to click the 'Save Form' button located in the top-right corner to save your changes.
