How to Customize the Location Online Booking Settings

Simplifying location selection helps clients book their appointments with ease, reducing any potential confusion.

If your clinic has multiple locations, customizing the Location settings ensures a streamlined selection process for clients.

Step 1: Access Online Booking Customization

Log in to your Pabau account. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Setup and select Online Booking under Services, then click "Customize" on the right side of the screen.

Toggle the Active switch in the upper-right corner to enable or disable your online booking platform.

Step 2: Customize the Location Tab

The options you can tick or untick here to be enabled or disabled on the online booking portal are:

Search Location by ZIP Code – Recommended for clinics with multiple locations to simplify the search process.
Pre-select Client’s Most Visited Location – Automatically selects a client’s previously visited location for added convenience.

NOTE: This tab will not appear if your clinic has only one location.
