How to Customize the Booking Details Online Booking Settings

The Booking Details tab allows you to fine-tune the final steps of the booking process.

Step 1: Access Online Booking Customization

Log in to your Pabau account. Navigate to Setup in the left sidebar, select Online Booking under Services, and click "Customize" on the right side of the screen.

Toggle the Active switch in the upper-right corner to enable or disable your online booking platform.

Enabling package upsell can increase revenue by recommending relevant packages based on the client's booking selection.
