[General](https://support.pabau.com/en/pabau2/financials?hsLang=en#general) # How to Customise Your Overview Charts on the Money Page **Your overview** is a set of charts at the bottom of the Money page that you choose and arrange yourself. Pick the figures you check most, such as gross volume, new clients or outstanding invoices, set the period and compare it with the one before. Your layout is saved to your own account, so each member of the team can have their own. **Step 1: Find Your Overview** Click **Money** in the sidebar and scroll to the bottom of the **Overview** tab. **Your overview** starts with a standard set of charts. Click **Date range** and choose **Last 7 days**, **Last 30 days**, **Last 12 weeks**, **This month**, **Last month** or **Year to date**, or pick a start and end date on the calendar. 2. Choose how the charts group the figures: **Daily**, **Weekly** or **Monthly**. 3. Click **Compare** to set what each figure is measured against: **Previous period**, **Previous year** or **No comparison**. Options that don't fit the range show **Unavailable for this date range**. A range can cover up to 15 months. **Step 3: Add Charts** 1. Click **Add**. The **Add charts** window shows every chart with a preview, grouped into **Payments**, **Clients**, **Invoices** and **Memberships**. A tick means the chart is already on your overview. 2. Click **+** on each chart you want to add. Click a tick to take a chart off. 3. Click **Apply**. ![The Add charts window with an add button and the Apply button marked](https://support.pabau.com/hubfs/Pabau%202%20Knowledge%20Base/kb/gap-2026-10/490355150043-03-add-charts.png) *Click + to add a chart, then Apply* The charts you can choose from: - **Payments**: Gross volume, Net volume, Payments, Top payment methods, Card payments by outcome, Failed payments and Disputed payments. - **Clients**: New clients, Average spend per sale and Clients (your newest clients with their lifetime spend). - **Invoices**: Invoice value, Invoices raised, Outstanding invoices, Invoices (your latest invoices) and Unpaid invoices. - **Memberships**: New memberships and Membership fees invoiced. **TIP:** **Outstanding invoices** and **Unpaid invoices** always show today's position, whatever date range you pick. **Failed payments** and **Disputed payments** come straight from Pabau Pay, so they need card payments connected. **Step 4: Rearrange or Remove Charts** 1. Click **Edit**. 2. Drag a chart by its move handle to a new spot. You can also select the handle and use the arrow keys. 3. Click **×** on a chart to remove it. 4. Click **Done** again to retry. **Step 5: Read a Chart** Hover over the **i** next to a chart's title to see exactly what it counts. For example, **Gross volume** is every payment collected in the period before refunds, and **Net volume** is the same figure minus refunds. Click **More details** at the bottom of a chart to open the matching **Payments** or **Invoices** tab. **NOTE:** The date range, grouping and comparison are part of the page's web address, so you can bookmark a view you use often.
