How to Create an Activity from the Lead Card

Step 1: Navigate to Leads

Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials, then navigate to the left sidebar menu and click to expand the "Leads" tab. Click "Leads" to access the page. 

Step 2: Click the "Create" Button

On the leads page, you will find all your leads listed. Click on a lead name to access their lead card. Here you will find the "Create" button represented as a blue plus sign on the bottom right corner of the screen. 

Step 3: Create an Activity

The "Create" button will reveal a list of available options, including "Activity."

When creating an activity, you need to fill out the following information:

• Select Activity Type: Choose from the activity types you’ve created in Pabau.

• Subject: Enter a brief subject for the activity to help you identify it quickly.

• Due Date: Select the date and time when the activity is due.

• Activity Note: Add any additional details or notes about the activity, if needed.

• Assign To: Assign the activity to yourself or another team member.

Once you've completed the information, click the "Save" button to finalize.

The activity will now appear on their lead card. 

By clicking the three dots on the far right of an activity, you can access the following options:

• Edit: Update the information for the activity.

• Mark as Done: Mark the activity as completed.

• Delete: Remove the activity if it is no longer needed.

You can quickly mark an activity as done by ticking the checkbox next to the activity subject — it will be completed instantly.

By following these steps, you can easily create an activity from the Lead card.
