Free-of-charge memberships let you offer real perks to clients without billing them. This is useful for VIP loyalty tiers, staff plans, or rewarding top clients, all without affecting your standard pricing structure.
NOTE: The membership feature will be usable only when the Stripe integration is active.
Step 1: Navigate to Setup
Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Setup page and find Memberships under the Catalogue section.
Step 2: Create a Membership
Once you're on the Memberships page, click the "Create Membership" button to get started.
Step 3: Insert Details
In the Basics step, add the membership name and description, then scroll down to add the perks clients should receive, such as services, discounts, or credits.
Step 4: Set the Base Price to $0
Click Next Step to move to the Payments tab. In the Base price field, enter 0.
Choose the recurring billing schedule as normal (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly) - this determines how often the membership renews, even though no charge will be applied.
The preview panel on the right will confirm the membership is free, showing $0.00 for the base price and each charge, marked as FREE.
Step 5: Finish Setup
Continue through the Payment plan and When to collect payment? sections as normal, then proceed to the Appearance step to finish customizing and save the membership.
Clients who sign up to this membership will receive all the configured perks without being charged.
