[Business Details](https://support.pabau.com/en/pabau2/business-details?hsLang=en) # How to Copy Services, Forms and Other Settings to a Connected Account (Multi-Account) Once your Pabau accounts are connected in a Multi-Account organisation, you can copy your set-up from the main account into your other accounts instead of building it again by hand. Copy your services, forms, products, packages, templates and more in one go, so every clinic in your group starts from the same catalogue and paperwork. **NOTE:** This feature is being rolled out to clinics gradually. If you don't see it in your account yet, message us via the in-app chat. **NOTE:** Copying always goes one way, from the organisation's main account into its connected accounts, so you need to be signed in to the main account. If you haven't connected your accounts yet, start with [How to Set Up Multi-Account and Connect Your Pabau Accounts](https://support.pabau.com/en/pabau2/multi-accounts?hsLang=en). **Step 1: Open Asset Copying** In your main account, go to **Setup** and, under **Business**, click **Multi Account**. Then: 1. On **Account connections**, click the tab of the account you want to copy to. 2. The **Data Management** window opens, with the account you started from already ticked. Under **Select which connected accounts to copy to**, tick every account that should receive the copies. 2. Under **Select the type of assets you'd like to copy**, tick the types you want: **Logo**, **Custom reports**, **Forms**, **Custom Fields**, **Marketing templates**, **Services**, **Products**, **Packages** or **Drugs**. The number beside each type is how many your main account has. 2. Decide whether to switch on **Overwrite existing data** (see below). 3. Click **Copy Data**. ![The asset types with Forms ticked, the Overwrite existing data switch and the Copy Data button marked](https://support.pabau.com/hubfs/Pabau%202%20Knowledge%20Base/kb/gap-2026-10/490794922223-03-choose-assets.png) *Pick the asset types, then copy* Each type is copied as a whole: ticking **Forms** copies all of your forms, ticking **Services** copies all of your services, and so on. **Logo** replaces the connected account's logo with your main account's. **Overwrite existing data** decides what happens to what the connected account already has: - **Off** (the default): the copies are added alongside the connected account's own items, which stay as they are. - **On**: before copying, Pabau clears out the connected account's existing items of each type you've ticked, so it ends up with your main account's versions only. **WARNING:** Use **Overwrite existing data** with care. It applies to every type you've ticked, in every account you've chosen, and you can't undo it from this window. Existing marketing templates and custom reports in the connected account are deleted, not just switched off. **TIP:** Every copy adds new items. If you copy the same type to the same account twice without **Overwrite existing data**, that account gets a second set. **Step 4: Check the Results** 1. **Copying Your Data** shows while Pabau works. Depending on how much you're copying it can take a while, and the window can't be closed until it finishes. 2. When it's done, the window shows **Successfully Copied Your Data**, with the number of asset types copied to each account. If something didn't copy, it shows **Copy Completed With Some Errors** and the problem beside the account it affects. 3. Click **Done**. Switch to the connected account to check the copies.
