[New Client Card](https://support.pabau.com/en/pabau2/new-client-card?hsLang=en) # How to Copy Data from a Previous Treatment Note (New Client Card) ## This article explains how to copy information from a previous treatment note in a client card. When you write a treatment note, the **Past Sessions** panel shows the client's earlier notes beside it. You can copy their answers into the new note, or lay every visit of one form out as a table to compare values from visit to visit. **Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card** Start by [logging in to your Pabau account](http://app.pabau.com) using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the search bar at the top of the page to search for a client. Use the search bar to find a template by name, or open the **Favorites** tab to see the templates you’ve starred. Click a template to begin. Click it to expand the panel. The panel lists the client’s previous treatment notes, filtered by default to the template you’re writing. Use **Filter by Form** to switch to another template or show all forms, or **Filter by Question** to find sessions where a particular question was answered. This button appears on past sessions of the same template, since answers can only be pulled into matching questions. All the information from that session will instantly appear in your new note, allowing you to update and modify the details as needed. **TIP:** To copy just one answer, hover over it in the Past Sessions panel and click the copy icon next to it — you can then paste it into any field. **Step 6: Compare Past Sessions in a Table** To compare a value across visits, such as a dose, a weight or the number of units, switch the panel to a table. 1. In **Filter by Form**, choose a single form. 2. Click **Table** (next to **List**). 3. Each visit becomes a row, newest first, showing its date and who recorded it, and each question becomes a column.
