How to Convert Quotes From the Client Card
Step 1: Launch Pabau GO
Open the Pabau GO app on your iOS device to get started. If you don’t have the app yet, you can download it here. Log in using the same credentials you use for the desktop version.
You will be prompted to first enter your Pabau PIN code so you can access your account.
Step 2: Head to Clients
Tap the "Clients" option to access your client list. It can be listed at the top of the screen or the bottom of the screen, depending on the iOS device you're using. Use the search bar or scroll to locate the client.
Step 3: Access Client Card
Tap on the client name, and a few options will show. To access the client card, tap the "View Profile" option.
Step 4: Switch to the Financials Tab
In the client card, switch to the "Financials" tab and then go to the "Quotes" sub-tab to view all quotes sent to the client.
Step 5: Convert Quote
Tap the "Actions" button located on the far right side of the quote, and all available actions will show, including the "Convert to Invoice" option.
After clicking Convert to Invoice, you will be redirected to the checkout. The items from the quote will already be selected, allowing you to proceed with payment and generate the invoice.
By following these steps, you can successfully convert client quotes into invoices from the Pabau GO iOS app.
How to Create Quotes From the Quotes Listing Page
Step 1: Launch Pabau GO
Open the Pabau GO app on your iOS device to get started. If you don’t have the app yet, you can download it here. Log in using the same credentials you use for the desktop version.

Tap the "Quotes" option to access your quotes listing page. You have all your created quotes listed here.
Step 4: Convert Quote
Tap on the quote that you would like to convert, and you will see a few options, including "Convert to Invoice."
After clicking Convert to Invoice, you will be redirected to the checkout. The items from the quote will already be selected, allowing you to proceed with payment and generate the invoice.
