Step 1: Navigate to the Reviews Page
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials.
- You can access your reviews from the left sidebar menu under the "Marketing" tab, this will reveal the "Reviews" sub-tab. Then, click the "Configure" button in the top right corner of the page to access the settings.
- On the Setup page under the "Marketing & Communication" section, you can find the "Feedback Survey" tab.
Step 2: Scroll Down to Feedback Settings
Scroll down and locate the "Feedback Settings" section on the left side of the screen.
Step 3: Configure Visibility Settings
Click under the "Allow clients to rate appointment for:" and use the dropdown menu to select the desired visibility period. The following options will show:

30 days

60 days

90 days
-
180 days
-
1 year
-
Indefinitely
NOTE: The Indefinitely option is set as the default, and it doesn't have any restriction on rating past appointments.
The selected value determines how long the Rate button will remain visible for each appointment in online bookings, based on the appointment date. For example, if 30 days is selected, the Rate button will only appear for appointments that took place within the last 30 days.
The system dynamically checks the appointment date against the configured period to show or hide the Rate button automatically.
