Step 1: Create an Account on the ComReg Portal
To create an account on the ComReg’s portal, follow the link below and proceed to click on the "Sign Up" option:
During registration, you’ll be asked to provide documentation about your business.
NOTE: Make sure to enter the same Sender ID you’ve defined in Pabau in Setup > Communications > Sender Addresses to ensure consistency during registration. To find out how you can set up your Sender Address in Pabau, refer to this guide.
Step 2: Review and Approve Telnyx as an Authorized Provider
Once you're logged in to the portal, go to "My Sender IDs." You’ll see a list of your registered Sender ID(s), including the Originating Participating Aggregators (OPAs), Third Parties (ISVs), and available Actions.

- Originating Participating Aggregators (OPAs)
- Third Parties (ISVs)
Step 3: Authorize Telnyx as Provider
To authorize Telnyx as your OPA, start by selecting "OPA Authorization" under the "Actions" section.
A pop-up window will open, revealing a list of authorized OPAs for Pabau. Review the information and approve Telnyx by sliding the toggle to the right. The status will be updated to "Authorized."
To finalize the action, scroll down and click "Confirm" in the pop-up window.
Step 4: Access Third Parties
If you’re an ISV, you’ll also need to access "Third Parties" under the "Actions" section.
A pop-up window will appear showing all available third parties. Select the Third Party Name (ISV) you’re affiliated with under the "Allowed" section.
Click the "Save" button below to finalize.
By following these steps, you'll successfully complete the Sender ID registration process and authorize Telnyx as your approved provider.
