How to use a form template

This article covers how to clone Pabau's medical form templates into your account.

Don’t worry if you don’t have your own forms ready to import into the system.

Pabau has an impressive selection of pre-built forms across twenty-plus industries. 

We also have a Pabau Academy video on medical forms.

1. In the left sidebar, go to Setup > Clinical > Medical Form Templates.
   
2. Click on Create Form in the top right corner.
   
3. Select Browse Templates.
   
4. Hover over the templated you want to clone.
   
5. This will reveal the Use button. Click on it.
   

The form has been cloned into your account.

Note: While browsing the templates, you can use the filters on the left side. 

Additionally, there is a search bar on the upper right side. 

To preview a form before you clone it, hover over the form, and this will reveal a Preview button in the upper left corner. Click on it.
