[New Client Card](https://support.pabau.com/en/pabau2/new-client-card?hsLang=en) # How to Choose Which Sections Appear in the Client Chart (New Client Card) The **EMR** page of the client card shows a tile for each kind of clinical record, such as treatment notes, forms, photos and prescriptions. If your clinic never uses some of them, an admin can hide those tiles for every client so the chart only shows what your team needs. **NOTE:** Only admins and the account owner see the **Customize** button. Your choices apply to everyone in your clinic and to every client's chart. **Step 1: Open Customize Chart** Open any client card and click **EMR** (labelled **Chart** for US businesses). Then: 1. Switch a section off to hide it from the chart, or back on to show it again. Changed tiles are marked with a dot, and the footer counts your unsaved changes. 2. Take care with tiles tagged **FEATURE**. Their switch turns that feature on or off across the whole of Pabau, not just in the chart (see the warning below). 3. Click **Save**. You'll see **Chart saved**. It disappears from the chart, the sidebar and everywhere else it appears, exactly as if you had turned it off in **Setup → Business details → Features**. **Step 3: Check the Result** Once you save, a section you switched off no longer appears on the **EMR** page for any client.
