Step 1: Navigate to the Calendar
Log in to your Pabau account, and in the left sidebar menu, click on Calendar.
Step 2: Select a Timeslot
Click on the desired timeslot to open the Create new appointment window.

Step 3: Choose a Client and Add Booking Details
Select the client for the appointment. Then fill in the necessary booking details such as location, practitioner, and other preferences.
In the Service field, click Select Service and choose the first service you want to add.
Step 4: Add Additional Services
Once the first service is selected, an option will appear to + Add another service.
Click this button to add another service to the same booking. You can repeat this step as many times as needed to include multiple services.
Make sure to adjust details such as room, start time, and duration for each service.
Step 5: Confirm and Book
After selecting all services, review the appointment details at the bottom of the booking window. You’ll see the total price and duration of the combined services.
Finally, click Pay & Book (or Book Appointment if payment is not required at booking) to confirm.
Booking multiple services in one appointment ensures accurate scheduling, helps avoid double-booking, and creates a smoother client experience by keeping treatments organized under a single booking.

How it looks in the calendar:
When you add multiple services, the calendar will show separate service blocks (2–3 services), not one single merged block. This makes it easier for your team to track exactly which treatments are included.

Client confirmation email:
The client will receive only one confirmation email, even if multiple services are included. That email will contain the details and names of all booked services, along with the appointment time and location.
