Step 1: Navigate to Setup
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. In the left-hand sidebar, click Setup.
Step 2: Open Services
On the Setup page, select the Catalogue category from the row of setting groups along the top, then click Services.
Step 3: Select the Service
On the Services page, find and click the service you want to configure.
Step 4: Open the Forms Tab
In the Edit Service window, click the Forms tab. The badge next to it shows how many items are already configured.
This tab has three sections:
- Precare - messages sent to the client once this service has been booked (e.g. an SMS appointment reminder). Click + Add to attach a new message, and set its timing (e.g. On booking).
- Forms - the forms that need to be completed for this service (e.g. a consent form). Click + Add to attach a form, and use Learn more for further guidance on form settings. Each form shows its name, type, and status (e.g. Active).
- Aftercare - messages sent after the service has been checked out, or the appointment marked as complete.
Use the ⋮ menu next to any attached message or form to manage it.
Step 5: Save Your Changes
Once you've configured the Precare, Forms, and Aftercare sections, click Save in the top-right corner.
By following these steps, you can make sure the right messages and forms automatically go out or are required whenever a client books a specific service in Pabau.
