In this article, you will learn how to add or change the name of a form in Capture Forms. **NOTE:** Shared links, embed codes and QR codes use the form's ID, not its name, so renaming a form does not break links you have already shared. The form name is how the form appears in your list of forms, and it helps you find it quickly in Pabau. The current name is shown at the top of the builder, under **‹ Forms**.![The builder with the form name shown at the top and the Settings tab on the left](https://support.pabau.com/hubfs/kb/capture-forms-08-builder-blank.png) *The form name in the builder* #### **Step 2: Change The Form Name** Click the **Settings** tab on the left of the builder and type the new name in **Form Name**. #### **Step 3: Save The Form** Click **Save Form**, then choose **I finished! Take me back to the Form Manager.** (or any other option) in the window that opens. ### Option 2: Rename the form in its settings #### **Step 1: Open The Form Settings** On the **Forms** tab, click **Actions → Settings** on the form. **Form Settings** opens first.   #### **Step 2: Change The Form Name** Under **General**, type the new name in **Form name**. ![Form Settings with the Form name and Slug fields](https://support.pabau.com/hubfs/kb/capture-forms-10-settings-form.png) *Form name and Slug in Form Settings* The **Slug** underneath follows the name as you type, until you edit the slug yourself. When you save, Pabau makes sure the slug is unique by adding a number if another form already uses it. #### **Step 3: Save Your Settings** Click **Save settings** at the bottom right. --- What's next?
