How to Add Staff Members to a Location

In this article, we will cover how to add staff members to a location in your Pabau account. Assigning team members to the right locations ensures accurate scheduling, proper appointment allocation, and a smooth client experience.

Step 1: Accessing Locations Setup

Begin by logging into your Pabau account. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to ''Setup'', then click on ''Locations'' under the Business section.

Step 2: Select a Location

From the Locations list, find the location where you want to add staff members. Hover over it and click the ''Edit'' button that appears on the right-hand side.

Step 3: Open the Employees Tab

Inside the editing interface, navigate to the ''Employees'' tab. This tab lists all staff members that can be assigned to the location.

Step 4: Add Staff Members

Check the boxes next to the team members you want to assign to this location.

  • A staff member can be linked to more than one location.

  • Only staff added here will be available for appointment bookings at this location.

After selecting the staff members, make sure the location is active by checking that the ''Active'' toggle in the top right corner is switched on. Then click ''Save'' to confirm and apply your changes.
