How to Add Multiple Staff to Appointments

Step 1: Navigate to Calendar

Step 2: Locate the Appointment

Once you’re in the calendar view, either select an open time slot to schedule a new appointment or choose an existing appointment to modify.

Step 3: Add Additional Staff Members

In the appointment menu, navigate to the ''Details'' section. On the right-hand side, you’ll find a dropdown menu listing all available staff members.

Select the names of each staff member you wish to add — they will be included in the appointment. You can add as many staff members as needed, depending on the service or treatment requirements.

Once you’ve added the staff members, you can proceed with any other changes, then save the appointment or book it, depending on whether you’re editing or creating a new appointment.

NOTE: Each assigned staff member will see the appointment in their own calendar, ensuring double bookings are avoided and schedules stay accurate.
