Step 1: Create an Email Campaign
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Marketing tab located on the left sidebar menu. This will reveal the "Broadcasts" sub-tab.
Once you access the Broadcasts page, create a new email marketing campaign. For more details on how to create a campaign, refer to this guide.
Step 2: Access Design Tab
Once you've configured all tabs, such as:
- Settings Tab: Provide the campaign title (for internal purposes) and the email subject (visible to clients). Choose the campaign type: Standard (one-time) or Automated.
- Design Tab: Choose a preexisting template or code your own.
- Audience Tab: Here, you can choose who will receive your SMS campaign. If you want all clients to receive it, click on "All Clients."
- Send or Schedule Tab: In this final step, you can choose to send your campaign immediately by clicking "Send Campaign Now", or schedule it by expanding the "Schedule campaign" field and selecting a date and time.
Proceed to then access the "Design" tab to include the "Unsubscribe" button.
Step 3: Add Unsubscribe Button
Drag and drop the "Text" component from the right side of the page to the campaign design.
Then, click the component on the design and it will list a few options. Proceed to click the link option.
Next, click the "Special Links" option to reveal the "Unsubscribe" action.
Once you select the "Unsubscribe" action, the link will be populated in the URL field. Below, in the Target field, you can choose whether you want this button to redirect clients to a new page or open in the same one. To finalize, click "Save."
The option will now appear to clients when receiving this broadcast email.
By following these steps, you can easily add an unsubscribe button to your broadcast emails.
