Step 1: Navigate to Setup
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. In the left-hand sidebar, click Setup.
Step 2: Open Services
On the Setup page, select the Catalogue category from the row of setting groups along the top, then click Services.
Step 3: Select the Service and Open the Addons Tab
Find and click the service you want to configure, then click the Addons tab.
Step 4: Create an Option Group
Click Create option group to open the option group builder.
You have two choices:
- Start blank - build a new option group from scratch.
- From your library - pick a pre-built option group. Each card shows how many options it contains and how many services already use it, and you can filter the library by industry using the All industries dropdown.
Select the option that fits your service.
Step 5: Save Your Changes
Once your option group is set up, click Save in the top-right corner to apply it to the service.
By following these steps, you can offer clients optional upgrades and extras on a service, with pricing and duration adjusted automatically in Pabau.
