The Charts feature lets you upload and draw on various templates, making it easy to mark and document treatment areas. It simplifies visual documentation and helps personalize treatment or tracking plans for different procedures. #### Step 1: Navigating to Charts [Log into your Pabau account,](https://app.pabau.com/) navigate to [Setup,](https://app.pabau.com/setup) and click on ["Charts"](https://app.pabau.com/setup/charts) under Clinical. ![Screenshot - 2026-10-16T150700.495](https://support.pabau.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Clinical%20Category/Screenshot%20-%202026-10-16T150700.495.png?width=670&height=297&name=Screenshot%20-%202026-10-16T150700.495.png) #### Step 2: Overview of the Charts Module On the Charts page, you will see a page displaying prebuilt charts available for your clinic. Charts are visual representations of treatment areas, while stencils are outlined visuals used for guidance, similar to paper stencils. Stencils help with positioning when taking photos of your clients using the Pabau GO app. #### Step 6: Labeling Your Chart Add labels that help identify the chart. Labels or tags act as keywords, making the chart easier to find. Any chart you add on this page can be used in a form, so you can upload a fixed image (for example, a blank audiogram) and let practitioners mark it up for each client. 1. Add your image on this page with **What is it?** set to **Chart**, as in the steps above. 2. Open the form in **Setup → Forms** and add the **Drawing** field (*Draw on an image or a photo*). 3. In the field's settings, pick your chart under **Diagram**. If you have only just added it, click the refresh icon next to **Manage charts** to reload the list. 4. Turn on **Enable drawing**, **Enable plotting** or both, then save the form. **NOTE:** The **Drawing** field can be used on treatment, consent and medical questionnaire forms. It is not offered on prescription or lab forms. #### **Which ready-made charts does Pabau include?** The **Diagram** list in every Drawing field starts with 15 built-in charts that come with Pabau: - Female Full Body, Female Face, Female Neck - Male Full Body, Male Neck - Body Front and Back, Male and Female Body - Palm, Back of Hand, Sole of Foot, Toes - Ear, Eye, Eyes and Brows, Lips Your clinic's own charts are listed after them. **NOTE:** The built-in charts are not shown on the **Charts** page, which lists only your clinic's own charts and stencils, so they cannot be edited or deleted there. If you need a chart that is not in the list (such as an audiogram), upload your own as shown above. You can also find more charts shared by other clinics in the community template library: in **Setup → Forms**, create a new form, choose **Browse Templates** and filter by **Charts**. Clicking **Use template** adds that chart to your clinic, after which it appears on this page and in the **Diagram** list. The charts in the library change over time as clinics share them. By following these steps, you can easily add and manage charts in Pabau, enhancing visual documentation for treatments.
