1. “You do not have permission to access this feature”

What it means: Your user role doesn’t have access to that part of the system.
How to fix it:

  • Speak to your manager or admin to update your user permissions.

  • Admins can go to Setup > Staff Permissions to manage roles.

2. “Please complete all required fields”

What is means: One or more mandatory fields haven’t been filled in.

How to fix it:

  • Look for fields marked with an asterisk (*) and fill them out before saving or submitting.

  • Double-check that dropdowns and checkboxes have been selected if needed.

3. “Selected room is already booked at this time”

What it means: You’re trying to schedule an appointment in a room that already has a booking during the selected time slot.

How to fix it:

  • Check the room’s calendar to see what’s already booked.

  • Choose a different time or select an available room.

4. "This Company Doesn’t Have an Employee Who is Bookable Online"

What it means: A client tried to book an appointment online, but no staff members are currently available for online booking — either because of missing settings, scheduling conflicts, or service restrictions.

How to fix it:

5. “This practitioner has no permissions for this service”

What it means: The staff member selected for the appointment doesn’t have access to perform the service being booked. This usually happens when the service hasn’t been assigned to them or isn’t included in their scheduled shift.

How to fix it:

  • Check the staff member’s assigned services
    Select the staff profile, and ensure the service in question is listed under their assigned services.
  • Verify shift service coverage
    Head to Schedule and check if the staff member has a pink shift, it means only specific services are available during that time. Make sure the service is included in the shift. Green shifts include all services by default.
